Bridgestone shuffle redistributes shares in Nokian

Nokia, Finland – Bridgestone Europe has concluded an agreement with its Japanese parent firm to transfer the Brussels-based subsidiary's Nokian stock to Bridgestone Corp., effective 7 May.

The agreement decreases the ownership of Bridgestone Europe under the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian and increases Bridgestone Corp.'s ownership in Nokian above 15%.
