Zeon raises prices of SIS and resins

Tokyo - Zeon is raising prices for some of its materials. The company has announced global price increases for its SIS thermoplastic elastomers sold under the the Quintac name and for its hydrocarbon resins sold under the Quintone names
prices for both materials will increase by US$220/metric tonne for both materials effective 1 October 2012. Zeon blamed higher prices for naphtha and crude oil.
