Hanoi – Rubber growers in Vietnam are counting the cost of Typhoon Doksuri, which swept across the country last week, VietnamNet Bridge has reported.
The storm hit Vietnam on 15 Sept destroyed around 7,000 hectares of rubber trees in the Quang Binh area also, according to the Hanoi-based online news service.
The rubber-growing region had been on a recovery track following another severe storm there in 2013, the report pointed out.
