Sid Richardson claims carbon black offers hysteresis breakthrough

Fort Worth, Texas -- Sid Richardson Carbon & Energy Co. said its latest generation of carbon black offers reduced hysteresis with equivalent or better wear in rubber compounds. The company sells the materials under the name, “Energy Saver Blacksâ€
The first commercial offering, ES200, was described in a paper at the ACS Rubber Division meeting in Cincinnati, OH on October 10th (paper #45). Sid Richardson will had a booth at the Expo.
