Sascha Hennig to head Biesterfeld rubber operations

Hamburg, Germany -- Sascha Hennig has taken on the role of European Business Manager for Rubber & Rubber Additives at Biesterfeld Plastic. The appointment is effective from 1 August. He moves from Lehmann & Voss.

His task Is to expand Biesterfeld's Rubber activities on a European scale. Over the past two years following the acquisition of SMPC in France, Biesterfeld Plastic has been extending its activities in the field of Rubber and Rubber Chemicals across Europe.

The expansion of a harmonised European product portfolio for both, Rubber Polymers and Rubber Chemicals, will be

one of the key objectives of the new Business Manager´s role. The existing structure of Biesterfeld´s

Group affiliates across Europe will support to drive this expansion in future.
