Micro-Poise introduces new Modular Instrumentation at TTE 2012

Cologne, Germany - Measurement systems company Micro-Poise showed its new Intelli-Sense modular instrumentation package at the Tire Technology Expo in Cologne, 14-16 Feb.
The company was also celebrating the full operation of its European business, Micro-Poise Measurement Systems Europe GmbH based in Lübeck, Germany. Full operation at this site includes original equipment manufacturing of all Collmann products, the brand that Micro-Poise Measurement Systems llc bought in 2010, marketing manager, Mark Muroski, told ERJ at TTE.
Micro-Poise engineers showcased the new Intelli-Sense system, which the company said is designed to work in a variety of conditions, including dust, liquid exposure, and across wide temperature ranges.
The “rugged†system enables “enhanced pattern analysis of raw data being received from the sensors while operating at high speeds,†Micro-Poise said in a 14 Feb press release.
Micro-Poise also presented its new Effective Radius System (ERS), which it said allows tyre manufacturers to collect the critical data required for average effective radius (ERM) and effective radius variation (ERV) calculations.
