London -- Rubber prices increased slightly overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract closed up 2 yen at yen 317 ($4.06) per kg on Wednesday 25 January. Shorter-dated prices closed at yen 303.

In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX closed at $3.82 for June deliveries and $3.80 for February deliveries

In India, NMCE said February deliveries rose by Rs 2 to close at Rs 194 ($3.87).

In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for March was unchanged at Yuan 28.2 ($4.47) per kilo.
