Henniges makes another auto profiles acquisition

Farmington Hills, Michigan -- Henniges Automotive has completed the acquisition of Nomaseal s.r.o., an automotive industry supplier of TPE and TPV weatherstrips. The company has a manufacturing facility in Hranice, Czech Republic and a sales and technical center in Viersen, Germany.
Nomaseal s.r.o. is highly regarded as the industry leader in TPE static sealing systems. They design, develop and manufacture TPE weatherseals for automobiles with a strong and respected management team who are well versed in rubber and TPE technology.
With the addition of Nomaseal s.r.o., Henniges will operate 13 manufacturing plants and 5 engineering and technology centers in North America, Europe and China.
