UK company launches Halal-certified rubber boots

London -- Raven Tactical Wear Ltd, a private company which has been established to provide high quality footwear and clothing for specialist markets has introduced the first ever Hala-certified boot aimed at workers in the food industry.

The company said The Raven Safety range is made out of pure natural rubber and is available with a soft toe finish or a steel toe cap and plate. it is certified to EN 20345 , acid resistant, anti-slip, has a vulcanised rubber upper and sole and a polyester lining. it is suitable for food processing and has an apron made out of vulcanised rubber and durable textile buckling. The company said the boot is suitable for all Halal operations from abattoirs to food processing and dairy industry.
