Findlay, Ohio -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Nigel Lewis as managing director of Cooper Tire International Trading Co. in Singapore, where he will be responsible for the procurement of natural rubber (NR), a 23 April company statement said.
Lewis, who has 20 years of purchasing experience in raw materials and NR, will relocate from Melksham, England, effective 1 June 2010, Cooper said.
