ICL Industrial Products raises prices for DSP's magnesia

Beer Sheeva, Israel-Dead Sea Periclase (DSP)-now the ICL Industrial Products (ICL-IP) Magnesia Products Business Unit-is increasing prices of its range of magnesia products by 5 to 15 percent.
The increases will take effect as soon as existing contracts allow, and will be applicable for RA, SA, HA, DC, BMC, HD, TS, SIG and KP grades, said a 26 July statement from ICL.
Although magnesia products prices have been raised recently,†said ICL-IP further rises in costs, mainly fuel oil prices,†have prompted this further rise.
ICL's Magnesia Products makes magnesias for uses in rubber and plastics products as well as in pharmaceuticals, food, electrical and steel. Its plants are in Israel and France
