By 24 Oct, the sixth day of the eight-day plastics and rubber trade fair, attendance reached 186,000, according to organiser Messe Duesseldorf.
Attendance has been running ahead of the 2013 pace every day since the show started on 19 Oct with the exception of Sunday, 23 Oct, when it was down slightly.
Here are the numbers from Messe Duesseldorf:
• Day 1, Oct. 19: 26,000, up 3,000 from 2013.
• Day 2, Oct. 20: 45,000, up 3,000.

In 2013, a total of 219,000 visitors ended up coming to the K show, which was down 1.5 percent from the 222,486 who came to the previous K, in 2010.
The trade show officials’ prediction for 2016 was “about 200,000,” a number that they appear very likely to surpass again this year.
The K show concludes on 26 Oct.
K historically is the world's largest plastics trade show.
