Nankang to raise tyre prices in November
ERJ staff report (TB)
Taipei, Taiwan -- Taiwanese tyre maker Nankang Rubber Tire Corp. Ltd. said it will raise prices on all Nankang-brand product lines by up to 7 percent, effective Nov. 1.
The increase is due to “unprecedented increases in natural rubber, steel, carbon black, crude oil and logistics costs,†Nankang said.
The company could not be reached to comment on the scope of the increase, including where it will take effect.
