Dürr CTS Becomes Envanio: New Name Highlights the Connection Between the Environment and Industry

More than 60 years of expertise in industrial air pollution control for clean, efficient production processes
Bietigheim-Bissingen, October 15, 2026 – Dürr CTS is now Envanio. The international specialist in air pollution control is officially operating under its new brand name. As one of the world’s leading providers of industrial exhaust air treatment systems, Envanio engineers, manufactures, installs, and services customized system solutions. These systems reliably eliminate pollutants from industrial exhaust streams, helping customers comply with strict environmental regulations cost-effectively and energy-efficiently.
The name Envanio reflects the independence the company gained following the carve-out of the Clean Technology Systems (CTS) division from the Dürr Group on November 1, 2025. It represents a core commitment to enabling industrial manufacturing while protecting the natural environment—a philosophy reflected in the company’s tagline, “Bridging environment and industry.”. As an independent entity, Envanio benefits from streamlined decision-making, accelerated innovation, and solutions tailored even more closely to customer requirements.
“Our mission is clear: together with our employees and customers, we make industrial operations cleaner every day, helping protect the air we all breathe,” says Dr. Ralf Klöpfer, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Envanio.’'In today’s industrial landscape, that purpose is more vital and rewarding than ever.”
A Global Footprint Across Core Industries
With more than 60 years of engineering expertise, long-standing customer partnerships, and 16 locations across 12 countries, Envanio maintains a strong local presence in key markets across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). The company serves critical sectors including automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, and surface treatment, alongside specialized odor control applications. Beyond exhaust air purification, Envanio’s portfolio includes soundproofing solutions, such as noise mitigation systems for power-generation gas turbines in the U.S.
Clean Air for Demanding Industrial Processes
Envanio is a global market leader in regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) systems. These systems treat industrial exhaust air streams with heavy VOC loads, achieving purification efficiencies exceeding 99.8 percent.
“Envanio represents what our customers value most: in-depth expertise in industrial air pollution control, cutting-edge innovation, and measurable emissions reduction,” emphasizes Simon Ottmar, Senior Manager of Global Marketing at Envanio. “Our new brand identity brings that commitment to life and reinforces our position as the partner of choice for sustainable industrial processes.”
Backed by approximately 1,300 employees worldwide, Envanio generates around 400 million euros in annual revenue. Insights gained from thousands of completed installations and interdisciplinary engineering capabilities form the foundation for tailor-made systems—ranging from exhaust air purification and odor abatement to industrial noise control.
