Ace Products postpones Amerityre deal

Boulder City, Nevada-Amerityre Corp.'s recent deal to sell Ace Products llc a license for making its solid PU tyres has been postponed. Agreements were to be signed no later than 16 Sept, but Ace has requested a postponement, said Amerityre in a 19 Sept statement.
Ace needs more time to allow it to finish its assessment of how it can integrate products using Amerityre's technology into the Ace product line, the statement said.
Under a deal signed 2 Aug, Amerityre was to licence Ace technology for low-duty non-highway-use tyres. The agreement involved Amerityre selling Ace Products equipment to make the tyres, as well as the existing inventory of its closed-cell polyurethane Flatfree tyres.
Newport, Tennessee-headquartered Ace has three manufacturing facilities in the US, plus a new plant in China. These make a full line of semi-pneumatic rubber tyres, solid and filled rubber tyres and plastic wheel assemblies for light-duty and heavy-duty applications.
