Orion appoints interim CFO on departure of Crenshaw

Bob Hrivnak, who joined the carbon black manufacturer last year, takes over as interim CFO
Houston, Texas – Orion Engineered Carbons’ chief financial officer (CFO) Lorin Crenshaw has decided to leave his position to accept a leadership role at another public company.
He will remain with Orion as an adviser until 21 Nov, the carbon black supplier announced 27 Oct.
Bob Hrivnak, who joined as chief accounting officer last summer, will serve as the interim CFO, the company added.
According to Orion, Hrivnak has over 30 years of experience as a financial executive, including holding the position of CFO, and has led corporate finance and accounting control functions for multiple public companies.
Orion said it had initiated a search to permanently fill its CFO position.
