Ryan Patterson named chief operating and integration officer, Goodyear Americas
Akron, Ohio – The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has announced a number of top management changes within its Americas business.
Ryan Patterson, who was recently tasked to oversee the integration of Goodyear and Cooper Tire, has now been named as chief operating and integration officer for Goodyear Americas.
Patterson will report to Steve McClellan, president of Goodyear Americas.
In this role, he will lead the consumer and commercial business units in North America, overseeing the Americas integration plan.
Furthermore, the company has named Mike Dwyer president of Goodyear’s North America consumer business, effective immediately.
Dwyer replaces Scott Rogers, who has left the company, and will report to Patterson, Goodyear said in a 20 Oct statement.
Having previously served as chief customer officer and chief marketing officer for Goodyear’s North America consumer business, Dwyer brings “a deep understanding of the company’s brand, products and customers to his new role.”
According to Goodyear, he was also instrumental in developing some of the company’s brand assets, such as the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.
Dwyer will be succeeded by Renee Radabaugh, who has been named VP Goodyear’s North America consumer channels and categories teams.
Radabaugh has extensive experience across the Americas business, having held leadership roles in the North America consumer, North America commercial and Latin America business units.
Most recently, she led the integration of sales and marketing activities for the Americas business as part of combining the Goodyear and Cooper businesses.
