UK rubber consultancies form recruitment service partnership 

Hertford, UK – UK consultancies PREA Ltd and Rubber Heart Ltd have linked up to launch a new dedicated recruitment service for the global rubber industry.

Manchester- based PREA Ltd has been providing recruitment services and polymer management consultancy services for mergers & acquisitions for over 25 years.

Rubber Heart of Hertford, was set up in 2020 to offer marketing, sales and event support to companies and organisations within the rubber industry.

The partners aim to offer “a new standard in rubber industry recruitment” providing a “trusted, confidential and personal service” for candidates and employers. 

“We look forward to helping the many talented and ambitious scientists, technologists, engineers and sales professionals in our network who are looking to move on to the next stage of their careers,” said David Cawthra, director, Rubber Heart.

PREA global CEO Pravin Mistry, said his company is focused on “a fully tailored, confidential recruitment service for both candidates and employers.”

“Through our combined networks [with Rubber Heart] we already have an extensive employment talent pool and advertising platforms,” the PREA boss added.
