CEO to nominate a new manager for financial documents at board meeting scheduled for 11 Nov
Milan, Italy – Pirelli’s chief financial officer Francesco Tanzi, who is also responsible for the preparation of the company’s financial documents, is stepping down at the end of the year to pursue a ‘new professional experience’.
In a 7 Sept statement, Pirelli said that its executive vice chairman and CEO, Marco Tronchetti Provera, will nominate a new manager responsible for the preparation of financial documents at the upcoming board meeting 11 Nov.
Tanzi joined Pirelli as a ‘junior professional’ in export financing in 1989 and served in a number of managerial roles before being appointed as the CFO in April 2017.
