Prometeon Tyre appoints deputy general manager

Milan, Italy – Commercial tires manufacturer Prometeon Tyre Group has appointed former Pirelli executive Roberto Righi as as deputy general manager, effective immediately. 

Righi will report directly to the board of directors, Prometeon announced in a 28 July statement.

Righi holds a degree in business administration and management from Bocconi University in Milan.

He has previously worked with companies such as Ducati and Pirelli and most recently served as Pirelli’s executive VP commercial replacement EMEA until the end of 2019.

Over the coming years, Righi said, he will follow the path already taken by Prometeon, and focus on “business partnerships centrality, technological development and sustainability.”
