Equipment suitable for the production of semi-finished parts such as inner liner and thin rubber for high-performance tires
Guilin, China – Guilin Rubber Machinery (GRM) has developed and manufactured an “innovative” double extrusion and calendering semi-steel lining extrusion line, according to parent company ChemChina.
The equipment is especially suitable for the production of semi-finished parts such as inner liner, thin rubber and seam allowance rubber of high performance tires, said ChemChina in a recent statement.
The line has an "intelligent closed-loop distance adjustment function" in the extrusion and calendering section, enabling it to carry out automatic distance adjustment to ensure uniform rubber thickness.
Furthermore, the equipment has an automatic and intelligence adjustment feature for rubber gumming, allowing the inner liner rubber to be cold or hot gummed, ChemChina added.
The machine, said the statement, offers “high gumming precision, good compactness, uniform thickness and good plasticising effect.”
The features, it added, improve the production efficiency of the equipment and reduce the cost of products.
