Attended rubber expos in China, Russia and now able to send technicians to customers in various regions
Busto Arsizio, Italy – Increased levels of vaccination and a general improvement in the health situation in Italy have allowed Comerio Ercole “to return finally ever closer to normality,” according to the company.
Significant steps, were taken recently with the Chinaplas trade fair for plastics and rubber as well the Tire & Rubbers expo in Moscow, reported Comerio Ercole’s latest newsletter
The events marked the Italian calendering machinery and systems specialist’s first ‘physical’ participation at industry shows since the beginning of the pandemic more than a year before.
The company has also been able to send specialised technicians to customers in Malaysia, Russia and Poland – returning to “perform calender-line assembly and commissioning at the customer’s plant that until last month were remotely managed.”
“This step is a goal for Comerio Ercole’s team, not only in economic terms but also for the quality of customer service,” the machinery maker stated.
Being again able to deliver “after-sales service without restriction directly to our customer [as well as] through our constantly improved teleservice make us hopeful for the future recovering worldwide to normal life,” it concluded.
