New appointment in addition to Ferrari's role as CEO of Bridgestone Americas
Tokyo – Bridgestone Corp. has named Paolo Ferrari as its global chief business solutions officer (global CSO), effective 1 July.
The new role will be in addition to Ferrari’s position as executive VP and executive officer, and CEO of Bridgestone Americas.
Ferrari joined Bridgestone Europe in 2016 having led Pirelli Tire North America between 2011 and 2014. Since September 2017, he also served as the chairman of Bridgestone Americas.
He replaced Gordon Knapp as the CEO of Bridgestone Americas in January last year.
