One-day seminar to examine regulations from both EU and UK perspectives
London – The British Plastics Federation (BPF) is holding an online seminar to offer an ‘in-depth’ examination of REACH regulations following the full withdrawal of the UK from the European Union earlier this year.
Sponsored by Squire Patton Boggs, the 23 April event will study REACH from both a UK and the EU perspective, BPF announced 8 April.
Speakers at the seminar include Alun Williams and Simon Johnson of the UK’s department of environment, food & rural affairs (Defra), who will present a guide to UK REACH and what it means for organisations to comply with it.
Chemical Industry Association’s (CIA) Silvia Segna will explore the EU REACH and which companies needing to comply with the regulations.
The event will also include a case study on the experiences of a recycling company in applying for REACH.
