Wacker announces global price-hike for silicones

Munich, Germany – Wacker is raising prices across its entire silicones product range by between 10% and 20%. 

The increases will be effective for material shipped from April onwards, as customer contracts allow, the company said 10 March. 

Additional volume requests outside of agreed ranges are also subject to the new price setting, Wacker’s statement added.
