Malaysian Rubber Board says Dr Lee Jiang Jun will work on strategic growth plan for the UK-based operation
Brickendonbury, UK – The Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) has appointed Dr Lee Jiang Jun as the new chief executive officer of its TARRC research and development facility in Brickendonbury, as of 1 Feb.
Lee will work with TARRC senior managers, Colin Robinson and Zaila Bakar on a strategic plan to ensure the success and growth of the UK-based operation, said MRB.
Through its Rubber Consultants unit, the centre provides testing, consultancy and contract research services to the rubber and associated industries worldwide.
TARRC is “an important asset to the MRB and is world-renowned for its achievements in R&D in the rubber industry, said Dato’ Dr Zairossani Mohd Nor, director general of the MRB and TARRC chairman.
The new CEO, he added, will “assist TARRC in enhancing its commercial services… through new business strategy and growth by utilising its unique facilities and expertise based in Hertford.”
