Transaction subject to the approval of Trelleborg City Council; expected to be completed in March 2021
Trelleborg, Sweden – Trelleborg AB has signed an agreement with Trelleborg municipality for the sale of certain office and industrial properties to the local authority.
The properties, said Trelleborg in a 15 Dec statement, are used to a limited extent and have been valued at SEK 228.5 million (€22.3 million) cash.
The Trelleborg statement did not offer further details about the properties but said the transaction was subject to the approval of Trelleborg City Council.
Expected to be completed in March 2021, the transaction will result in a capital gain of SEK140-150 million, Trelleborg added.
