SI Group raises prices on rubber, adhesives additives

Schenectady, New York – SI Group Inc. is increasing prices for the company's rubber and adhesives additives.

Increases of 15-20% are effective immediately, or "as contracts allow," the company said in a statement 1 Dec.

"As a result of the dynamic rubber and adhesive additives global market conditions, we must adjust our product pricing," said Robert Kaiser, VP rubber & adhesive solutions.

The new pricing, he said, will ensure that SI Group can continue to deliver “brand promise of providing high quality products with first-rate security of supply to our customers."
