Free webinar to discuss sustainability challenges facing suppliers and manufacturers in elastomers/rubber sector
London – Manchester Polymer Group, in conjunction with the Rubber in Engineering Group, are holding an online event to discuss the latest developments in improving the carbon footprint of elastomers and polymers.
To be held online on 16 Nov, the Jan Czerski Memorial Webinar will also cover the challenges faced by those working in these sectors to meet increasing sustainability expectations.
The event will be free-to-attend but donations can be made to the charity Cancer Research UK in memory of long standing committee member Jan Czerski.
Dr Helen Czerski, physicist, oceanographer and television presenter will open the proceedings to bring the audience her views on sustainability.
Speakers from AGC Chemicals Europe; UK industrial gas company BOC Ltd; Sheffield Hallam University UK; Birla Carbon and Bangor University UK will present at the event.
