Carbon Black World event postponed amid Covid concerns

Organisers are yet to announce new dates for the biennial conference
Charlotte, North Carolina – The Carbon Black World 2020 event has been postponed to an as-of-yet unconfirmed date in 2021, due to disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In an 8 October announcement, organiser Smithers, said the move aimed to “uphold the quality of both the content and overall attendee experience.”
The event was scheduled for 10-12 November in Charlotte.
Smithers said it will be announcing new webinars on “hot topics” in carbon black in the coming weeks.
Carbon Black World is a biennial conference organised by consulting group Smithers. In 2018, the event attracted more than 250 attendees from across the carbon black value chain in Dusseldorf, Germany.
