Group company PSE will supply machinery for the manufacture of rubber gloves at Surat Thani unit
Bangkok - Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Co. Ltd has approved two capacity expansion projects at Thai subsidiary Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Co. Ltd (STGT), the group said in a stock market filing.
Group company Premier System Engineering Co. Ltd (PSE) will manufacture, procure and install machinery for the manufacture of rubber gloves at STGT’s Surat Thani branch.
The value of the supply deal will be “in amount not exceeding 600 million Baht (€16 million),” said the 25 Aug announcement to stock exchanges in Thailand and Singapore.
Sri Trang holds 56.18% of shares in STGT and 99.99% of shares in PSE, according to the group’s statement.
