Natural rubber price tracker: Decline continues
London – Natural rubber prices continued to fall over the recent weeks, as all Far East markets studied by ERJ registered declines.
Pricing trends in the four weeks to 2 Aug seemed to reflect subdued demand linked to the on-going contraction in global tire and automotive markets.
Shanghai SHFE Ru1909: Yuan10340/tonne (2 Aug) compared to Yuan11,310/t (3 July)
Tokyo Tocom RSS3 back month: Yen168.5/kg compared to Yen184.6/kg compared
Tokyo Tocom TSR20 back month: Yen148/kg compared to Yen153.6/kg
Singapor SGX TSR20: $1.315/kg compared to $1.481/kg
Kuala Lumpur SMR20: $131.50/100 kg compared to $145.20/100kg
Kuala Lumpur Latex: $108.89/100kg compared to $120.55/100kg
