Fulda, Germany – Uth GmbH will present new fine-mesh straining systems, gear pump technology and a system based on its two-roll-plasticiser (TRP) with integrated gear pump, at RubberTech China 2019.
According to Fulda-based Uth, a particular focus will be on developments that optimise the manufacture of rubber and silicone products – especially availability, cost-efficiency and material-saving.
With throughputs up to 10000 kg/h Uth’s roll-ex gear extruder systems “have set the benchmark” for fine mesh straining of rubber compounds, the company claims.
Using either the compact two-roll feeder or a conical twin screw feeder, the modular roll-ex system is said to enable the integration of the strainer in each specific line-design.
RubberTech China 2019 is being held 18-20 Sept in Shanghai, China.
