Munich, Germany – Pyrolyx AG has appointed Dave Steele as the new chairman of the board, the company announced in a 30 April business update.
He succeeds David Groves, who stepped down from his role due to time commitments in other "ASX listed" companies. Groves will remain a member of the Pyrloyx supervisory board.
Steele currently serves as board chair at Central Earthmoving Co. P/L.
He recently served as group managing director for the international engineering company WorleyParsons, based in Houston.
He holds an MBA from the Heriot-Watt University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of company directors.
