James Walker consolidates North America operations

Glenwood, Illinois – James Walker has launched a restructuring scheme within its North American operations in a bid to “develop business in new sectors.”

As of 1 April, James Walker Mfg. Co. and James Walker Oil and Gas Co. merged into one entity: James Walker North America, the company announced.

Under the new structure, company operations, including corporate offices, manufacturing and logistics are based out of the existing facility in Glenwood.

An additional team, based in Houston, is supporting existing oil & gas customers, as well as developing business across the south of the US, James Walker added.

The consolidation aims to enhance the company's overall product and service offering in North America, said David Gibson, North America VP at James Walker.
