Sustainability focus for Future Tire Conference in Cologne

The annual ERJ Future Tire Conference will, this year, run under the headline theme: Can the tire industry set the agenda for global sustainability?

The proposition is that tire makers and their equipment and materials suppliers must strive to set the sustainability agenda in all areas of activity.

Topics covered will range from recycling and use of natural-resources to environmental protection and, of course, human well-being.

Achieving this will require strategies based on openness and transparency, that generate new levels of trust among consumers, regulators and the general public.
