Washington — The US Department of Commerce issued a final anti-dumping duty of 1.45% against off-the-road tires imported to the US by Weihai Zhongwei Rubber Co. Ltd.
Commerce announced the duty in the 5 March Federal Register.
It resulted from an administrative review of OTR tire imports between 1 Sept 2016 and 31 Aug 2017.
The agency issued a preliminary determination on Weihai 11 Oct, according to the final notice. It invited interested parties to submit comments, but none did.
