The Chinese project, which is in response to requests from international customers, is scheduled to come on-line before end of this year, said a CMP statement supplied to ERJ.
As well as the Chinese unit, the Spanish family-owned supplier to OEMs and tier 1s, currently has production sites at its headquarters site in Logrono and in Romania, Brazil, and Mexico.
CMP has also increased its engineering, sales and project-management staff at its office in Koblenz, Germany, and is now looking to provide “equal local development service” in the North American market.
