Rome, Italy – Trelleborg Wheel Systems has announced a global price increase for all its tires and equipment for the agricultural & forestry and construction industries, effective 1 May.
The average 14% rise follows a previous 5% increase which came into effect in Europe on 1 Jan.
According to Trelleborg, a nearly-50% spike in raw materials’ costs compared to average prices of in 2016 is the reason behind the price increase.
