Rovereto, Italy - Marangoni Industrial Tyres will increase sales prices for all products within its division by up to 6% from 1 Feb.
The increase, said the Italian tire maker, follows developments in international prices of raw materials, which have been subject to "strong tension" in the last few months, due to multiple factors.
Some of the main contributors to price pressure, according to Marangoni, are a rise in demand, weakness of the Euro compared to the dollar and the spike in the price of natural rubber, which has almost doubled in the last 12 months.
