Rovereto, Italy – Italian tire-maker Marangoni has appointed Dino Maggioni, a senior Pirelli manager, as the group’s new chief executive officer to replace Massimo De Alessandri.
Maggioni he joined Pirelli in 2015 where he subsequently became the CEO of Pirelli Industrial North and South America.
He holds an electronic engineering degree and has worked as the CEO of Magneti Marelli aftermarket parts & service. In 2012 Maggioni served as brand president parts and service and a business unit leader at the newly created CNH Industrial.
“With the arrival of Dino Maggioni our group will take advantage of his experienced leadership in the automotive sector and proved managing capabilities,” said chairman Vittorio Marangoni.
