FTC 2016: Mohammad Behroozi, Senior Vehicle Dynamist, General Motors
Dr Mohammad Behroozi, senior vehicle dynamist, General Motors, will represent the automotive industry at the Future Tire Conference 2016,24-25 May, in Essen, Germany.
Behroozi joined Vehicle Dynamic Lab (VDL) in 2009 at school of mechanical engineering, the University of Birmingham, as doctoral researcher and conducted his research programme on Finite Element analysis of aircraft tires with focus on high fidelity and robust modelling as well as virtual prototyping development.
He then continued tire research as a postdoc research associate at the same school on ECO Tires (Low Rolling Resistance tires) and its impact on tire F&M generation.
Behroozi joined TNO Automotive in 2012 in Netherlands as research scientist in Delft Tyre group for tire F&M characterisation and smart tire development. He joined Pratt & Miller Engineering, a GM affiliated racing company, from 2013 as senior technical specialist with focus on tire testing, modelling, simulation and application development. He is currently working as senior vehicle dynamists within vehicle dynamics and load prediction department at GM.
