Manchester, UK – Continental Tyres will sponsor the 2014 NTDA (National Tyre Distributors Association) Tyre Industry Awards Ceremony, to be held 8 October.

Formerly known as the TAFF Awards, the Tyre Industry Awards will take place at the annual NTDA dinner, to be held in Manchester in front of representatives from across the UK tire industry.

This year, the dinner is being held for the 85th time, and the event recognises the achievements of some of the key stakeholders.

Continental Tyres Head of Marketing UK & Nordics PLT, Guy Frobisher said: “Continental is proud to sponsor the NTDA Tyre Industry Awards Ceremony hosted by Michael Portillo [TV celebrity and former British MP]. The awards act as a key business event, recognising successes across the industry. Continental constantly sets the future in motion with its leading product range and we are delighted to support such a prestigious event.”
