Pelmar appoints new CEO

Ramat-Hasharon, Israel – Pelmar Engineering Ltd, an Israel-based supplier of new and used equipment, and engineering for the tire and rubber industry, has appointed Joseph Anglister as chief executive officer.
Anglister, who took up the role on 1 May, has 20 years’ experience of top management at both public and private companies, Pelmar said. His career, it added, includes “broad experience” in the tire and rubber industry.
A graduate of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Anglister holds an MSc in operations research and BSc in industrial engineering.
In announcing the appointment, Pelmar said that Hagai Peled would continue to manage the group's sales and marketing worldwide.
"The additional quality and experience of management for our group will allow me to focus on what I do best and where my passion lies, and that is sales and marketing," said Peled.
