Houston – Takayuki Nagai, general manager, Organic Material Department at Toyota Motor Corp., will deliver the keynote address during the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers annual meeting, set for 19-22 May in Kyoto, Japan, Rubber & Plastics News has reported.

Nagai and twelve other speakers are expected to base their talks reflected on the conference theme, “A Solid Past … A Successful Future.” The full programme will be available 2 January on the IISRP website.

Early registration will be available at that time.

Topics to be discussed include the global economy, innovation and trends influencing the synthetic rubber industry.

“The Institute’s annual general meeting has established itself as the go-to event for the synthetic rubber industry,” James L. McGraw, managing director and CEO of IISRP, said in a news release.
