Cabot and Masedar join IRSG panel

Singapore – The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) announced in a press release yesterday (28 November) that two new members Masedar Resources and Cabot Corporation have joined the IRSG Panel of Associates.
The IRSG is an inter-governmental organisation composed of rubber producing and consuming stakeholders. Located in Singapore, it was established in 1944.
In order to facilitate the interaction between the industry and the Group, a Panel of Associates with members of organisations involved in the rubber industry has been established.
Masedar Resources is based in Mentakab, Pahang, Malaysia and is the holding company for Asiaprima Resources and Asiaprima Plantations. Asiaprima Resources is in the import, export, trade and manufacture of wood products since 1994. Asiaprima Plantations is in the forest plantations business as well as plantation management services.
Cabot Corporation is a global specialty chemicals and performance materials company, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
