    ERJ staff report (TP)

East Yorkshire, UK − Fenner, the British-based manufacturer of reinforced polymer technology, today released its results for the year ended 31 August 2013.

The company said that group financial performance recovered strongly in the second half and that it had record revenues and profit performance by its Advanced Engineered Products.

Fenner also revealed net cash from operations of £126.5m (€149.4m), representing 125 percent of underlying operating profit; and that the dividend per share increased by seven percent, reflecting confidence in the Group's prospects and strong financial position.

Nicholas Hobson, CEO, said: “Fenner is well positioned as we enter our 2014 financial year, with the benefit of the investments made in both divisions over recent years, a strong financial position and a mixed but generally improving global economic environment. Overall, we continue to expect that the current financial year will see a return to growth."

The Fenner Group was founded in 1861 and is currently headquartered in Hessle, East Yorkshire.
