PentaCarbon and Kremenchug partner on ultra-clean C blacks
ERJ staff report (BC)
Haltern am See, Germany – Following a joint development project, carbon black distributor PentaCarbon GmbH and Ukrainian producer Kremenchug Carbon Black Plant now offer ultra-clean premium carbon black grades for technical rubber and automotive applications, with sieve residues below 10 ppm.
PentaCarbon says the new grades are especially applicable where a very high material surface quality is required, for instance with automotive weather protection strips.
The partners were accredited to the quality management standard ISO/TS 16949:2009 for automotive supply in July 2013.
