Q3 data buoys German manufacturer of components and systems for automotive and industrial sectors
Dettingen/Erms, Germany – Germany automotive and industry parts systems maker ElringKlinger AG has reported a 14.2% year-on-year increase in third quarter sales to €451 million for Q3/26.
Based on preliminary figures, the gain brought group revenue for the first nine months of 2026 to €1,360 million – 6.5% above the level reported in the first three quarters of 2025.
The data prompted the Dettingen/Erms-based group’s management board to raise its full-year 2026 guidance to around €1.8 billion – up from €1,641 million actually achieved in 2025.
The upgrade, it said, “takes account of current market conditions and is based on the assumption that neither the macroeconomic nor the industry environment will change materially over the remainder of the year.”
Dettingen/Erms-based Elring Klinger went on to reaffirm its full-year guidance for the remaining financial metrics as well as its medium-term outlook.
Preliminary figures show that the group increased third quarter adjusted EBIT by 37.7% year-on-year to €29.2 million in the third quarter of 2026.
For the first nine months adjusted EBIT rose 32.3% year-on-year to €87.2 million, according to the ad hoc announcement issued 13 Oct.
ElringKlinger supplies parts and systems for the automotive industry and other industrial sectors, specialising particularly in sealing, lightweighting, e-mobility and fuel-cell technologies.
ElringKlinger is scheduled to release its full results for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2026 on 5 Nov
