Cooper Tire achieves safety milestone
ERJ staff report (LMH)
Findlay, Ohio - Cooper Tire said its Tupelo, Mississippi plant has worked 2 million employee hours without a lost time injury.
The light truck and passenger car tire plant is Cooper's first US manufacturing facility to achieve this distinction, the company said.
“We are extremely proud of our team in Tupelo for the uncompromising commitment to a safe work environment that everyone here shares," said Tupelo plant manager Pat Jodon. "This major milestone could not have been reached without the effort of every employee at our facility placing a priority on safety each and every day.â€
